Went to purchase a bmw from austins a few weeks ago. Saw the car on the saturday night, after looking at similar cars in yorkshire. Arranged to view the car on a sunday, outside normal opening hours. Met a very nice salesman, nothing was to much. Took the car for a test ride, was impressed, now came the hard part. Could i stike a deal? Yes a deal was made and got 6 months warranty and not a 3 month warranty. Picked the car up a week later, no issues until sunday. Phoned up and explained, and austins said no problem pop the car to my garage. Car was taken today (29//11/17) and the issues have been resolved. I have no hesitation in buying or recommending Austin's Autos Grimsby for a future purchase! Thanks again Austin.

Austin was really easy to talk to and discuss buying a car. He had a fair price on the car and gave it the works, MOT, Service, Cambelt, before I picked it up. The car had a little issue afterwards and because Austin gives you a great personal warranty, within days he had the car in and fixed. I cannot thank Austin enough for the quick response to the issue on the car.
I would highly recommend Austins Autos if you are thinking of buying a car, he has a good selection for all budgets.

Great guy with great customer service and a man of his word i am new to grimsby and popped in to look at potential cars and he was fine with me looking and asking questions and when i finally gor myself sorted i went to look for a car as i was ready n he was fantastic told me everything i needed to know about the cars in my budget and what he recommends and ive never had a c4 before so was weary about it but he was right its a grear car and nippy af for a diesel and was everything he said it was and more. Had a little issue with a window and went to see him about it a few days later and as he said before i bought it any problems go see him and he was straight on it trying to find the right part for my car. Highly recommend and i dont normally give recommendations but this guy deserves it cuz he goes above and beyond. So thanks Austin love the car as you know.

Bought a Toyota aygo from them about a month ago decent little car, had a problem with it, took it back to them and they got it fixed for me with no problem at all .I would recommend these guys

After trying to find the right mini cooper s I found one at Austin's via the internet. Popped down to see it, had a test drive with Austin and we came to an agreement on price. From there he helped me get finance sorted and put the car through an MOT and was honest with me through the whole process. Austin has been in the trade for many years and really cares about his customer service. Yes it has few minor issues with the car, however it is a 13 year old car so it is to be expected. Nothing that I have needed to call Austin for. The car also comes with 6 months warranty as standard.
